Our company developed its trade mainly in the Caspian region with Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Russia is a firm that focuses its business on the Oil & Gas and Energy Industry.

A&A Oil providing oilfield supply solutions from all around the world for pipeline, Oil & Gas and Energy facilities, has founded sister companies, Turkey (2014), Russia (2015) and Azerbaijan (2018) with an aim to play a more effective role in the target markets.

It provides professional solutions with a potency of thousands of different products thanks to its collaboration with over 3,500 producers and suppliers.

Legal Compliance

Child Labor

A&A-Oil recognizes the rights of every child to be protected from economic exploitation and from doing work that is likely to be hazardous to their physical, mental or spiritual health, harmful to their moral or social development, or to interfere with their education. A child in this context is a person younger than 18 years of age

Forced or Bonded Labor

Our Company does not employ nor accept any form of forced or bonded labor, prisoners or illegal workers.

Workers’ Contracts, Working Hours and Compensation

A&A-Oil complies with local laws and regulations regarding workers’ contracts, working hours, including overtime and overtime compensation. Salaries should be paid regularly and comply with the applicable local legislation and the local market situation. Employees are entitled to a minimum of two days off in seven and to take national and local holidays. Employees should be granted the stipulated annual leave, sick leave and maternity/paternity leave without any negative repercussions.
